Energize Your Life: Zumba!

ZumbaSpice up your fitness routine!

Looking for something to spice up your routine?  Try Zumba!  This energetic fitness program combines fun & motivating Latin music with unique dance and combinations.  Don't worry, even non-dancers and those new to fitness will find Zumba easy, fun and effective.

My mom and her friend tried it just the other night.  They sweated their bum-bas off and had a blast.  For more information about Zumba instructors and events in your area visit the Zumba website.
