Kim of Kim & Jason

Thanks for making this clear and easy to understand, Eliz. I feel like I have the tools I need now to be able to feel confident, should this ever happen. THANKS!!

Conventional CPR consists of chest compressions and rescue breathing. The American Heart Association continues to support this approach to CPR, but recent research demonstrates that rescue breathing may be unnecessary and potentially detrimental in cases of cardiac arrest.
